Overall repair service was great,however I did not agree with the fact that I had to pay a diagnostic fee for this when there was an update to the engine, and transmission that was needed. I feel that this with the fact that I had to pay a diagnostic fee for this when there was an update to the engine, and transmission that was needed. I feel that this should have been covered under the power team warranty for my truck. Also my loan vehicle was really dirty, and I ended up detailing the interior myself. There pet hair, coffee spill so aims, and dirty seats, doors panel, and the interior windshield was covered with that same coffee spill. More

Bought my mdx from someone who brought her Acura in for every service it needed- never went anywhere else. I was a little lost when I walked in but everyone was very nice and directed me on where to go. Th every service it needed- never went anywhere else. I was a little lost when I walked in but everyone was very nice and directed me on where to go. This is the nicest car I’ve owned a little pricey for me but the car is absolutely fantastic, the service provided by Acura is great and you really take care of your customers. I find that since I’m young, I get treated like a child and you didn’t make me feel like that. May I ask- I was asked if I wanted my car washed off. Is that a free service when you come in when your car in serviced. I was not told...so I turned it down! Thank you and I’m so excited to be in the Acura family!!! More
