I just recently leased a car at Honda. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly!!! I highly recommended this car dealership if you want honest car dealers. David yang was wonderful. He made the purchasing of our new Accord seamless. He was attentive but not pushy-a very professional attitude. David Yang was our Sales Consultant and it was an exceptional experience from sales to follow-up. I have now purchased 3 Honda CRVs from this dealership and the most recent one was for my wife. I found David to be highly professional, not pushy at all and very knowledgeable technically about the vehicle. In fact, when he was going through the vehicle's features at pick-up. I found out details about my own 2012 CRV that I was completely unaware of and which I enabled on my own vehicle. So, this was a very professional and enjoyable experience for my wife and me as David was so professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend David Yang and Herb Chambers Honda in Westborough and I will continue to do business there. More

Overall, my experience at Honda was excellent. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very courteous and efficient receptionist and introduced immediately to David Yang. I appreciated the fact that he shared a little bit about who he was and also wanted to know a bit about me and what my needs were in regard to a new vehicle. David shared with me the benefits of both leasing and buying a vehicle and assisted me in the decision process of figuring out which would best suit my needs at this time. His information was clear and concise, thorough and complete. During our test drive, David continued to provide information and direction relating to the functions of the vehicle. Once deciding upon a vehicle, David assisted in negotiating a trade-in on my current vehicle and an acceptable leasing contract on a new vehicle. David and Honda assumed the responsibility of managing all the paperwork relating to the registration , license plate, inspection, etcetera. The day I picked up my vehicle, David Yang spent nearly 2 hours reviewing features of the car and helping me set up the Blue Tooth. I received 2 follow up phone calls , one the day of and one the day after I picked up my car. Generally speaking, I felt assistance rather than pressure, something I always dread when going to a car dealership. I have to state that this is by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I will and have already recommended David Yang and Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough to several co-workers. And of course, I plan to return in 3 years! More

I had a great experience with Herb Chambers Honda- my salesperson, David, Yang, was very accessible at all times of the day and eager to help me through the process. Almost all of the details were taken care of by Herb Chambers Honda, and I had to do very little work after agreeing to buy the car. The price still remained low despite the incredible amount of customer service I received. I would highly recommend going to Herb Chambers Honda, and especially working with David Yang. More

Purchased a used 2008 Civic a few days ago off David Yang. He was great and very knowledgeable about the vehicle i was interested in. This was the best car buying experience i ever had. I also dealt very briefly with Kenneth (i think that was his name) and Dan Piorkowski and they also were great to work with. When my fiancé also needs a new car we are going to David. More

We were interested in a 2013 Honda CRV and stopped by the dealership on 12/29/12; we had the good fortune to be greeted by salesperson David Yang when we walked through the door. David was thorough but low-key; he answered all our questions without being pushy. He offered us a test drive and allowed us to experience the car's features firsthand. We were able to agree on a purchase price as well as a trade-in credit for our old car pretty quickly. This is the 6th Honda we've purchased (but first CRV), and first time at this dealership. Great service continued the day we picked up the car -- car was ready to go, David walked us through all the key components/features, and we drove away happily in our new car! From the prompt, honest service to the quality of the vehicle, we couldn't be happier. More
