Just an oil change I could go to the nearest dealer but I don't. Prefer the Bozard/Ford Quick Lane folks. They're polite and do good work, and my preference. Rude and Incompetent I heard them talking xxxx about me behind my back. The mechanic didn't realize I was standing right there. They were making comments saying things lik I heard them talking xxxx about me behind my back. The mechanic didn't realize I was standing right there. They were making comments saying things like. "What the xxxx is he thinking.. Is he on drugs"..Laughing like jack xxxxx. Because they couldn't see anything wrong with the sunroof shade. The reason I came back in to begin with is that Jeff saw an issue with it and told me to come in and get it fixed. When I called them out the look on their faces for talking behind my back and getting caught was pure shock.. They backtracked quickly but if they did it to me.. they do it to all of their customers. xxxxty team. More
