As my car was in transit, he communicated status updates and made sure I was set for success at the time to pickup it up as I was coming from another city. When the car was finally here, he waited for my arrival and helped me set up everything. He helped me set up the Lexus app and the car itself. Furthermore, he walked me through how to use all the settings in the car and important things to know.
