I was looking for a very specific used vehicle, and we live over an hour from the dealership. Dayton took the time to make, and send me very detailed videos overlooking just about every inch of this suv! live over an hour from the dealership. He was detail oriented, and so friendly to work with. He also gave us a fair price for our trade in. I hope by the time we need to purchase another Toyota he is promoted to Sales manager. Russ was a stellar sales agent who is a true professional. I was going in to "just kick tires" and look at the Highlander in person. He listened to us and suggested we take a test ride. Then he professional. I was going in to "just kick tires" and look at the Highlander in person. He listened to us and suggested we take a test ride. Then he had an idea that there was a Hybrid that came in and was not spoken for so we took that for a test ride and it's now in our garage. He got us a great deal (Toytathon is going on now) and helped us figure out all the buttons to push and the software to put on our phones. Clarissa in finance was an expert self described Math Nerd who worked out an extended warranty and payment we could live with. In all a great dealership. I walked around and looked in the service shop and ordered some stuff from the parts Dept. Everyone was in a good mood and you can tell it's a good place to work. The physical showroom is very nice. I do appreciate no "hard sell" from Russ's part and in all a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Gatorland. More
