Busted tires! The dealership sold me cpo sienna with 1 tire w/ a hole and w/o external antenna, salesman told me it's not included, Then service guy told me the soc The dealership sold me cpo sienna with 1 tire w/ a hole and w/o external antenna, salesman told me it's not included, Then service guy told me the socket is busted that's why the salesperson told me antennas are not included! I was thrilled to find out I had one person to deal with from the get-go and that was Dean Anderson. I realized that when I got to the dealership and he was right there to greet me and tell me what was next from the get-go and that was Dean Anderson. I realized that when I got to the dealership and he was right there to greet me and tell me what was next. He also told me how to go about the shuttle service. I went over to the shuttle service and Richard took me and another passenger to our homes. Then when Dean called back and told me that my car was ready, I called the shuttle and they were able to pick me up within a few minutes. This time I had Joe. When I arrived back at the dealership, there was Dean ready to take care of me again. When I started pulling out there were some other cars around, so this very nice young man who had pulled my car up said "I will help you out." He did and I was on my way. I told my husband and my neighbors what a great experience I had. Everyone I had contact was personable and made me feel special. Our car was still under warranty, so we didn't have to pay anything.
