Absolute worst experience I have NEVER been more disrespected and lied to as a customer trying to purchase a vehicle. I was told by a staff member of this establishment, not mo I have NEVER been more disrespected and lied to as a customer trying to purchase a vehicle. I was told by a staff member of this establishment, not more than 24 hours prior to showing up at an agreed upon time, that the vehicle I wanted was going to be ready for me to pay for and take home. Yes, I showed up at the agreed upon time and was told “another salesperson sold this car before you even got here”. This is the absolute worst, and dirtiest, car dealership that I have ever stepped foot in. After working in the car industry for years I can only hope that anyone who reads this review stays FAR away and if you must go, don’t trust anything you hear. More

Amazing Service I walked in for an appointment at 1 PM with Lani she showed me the cars in my budget test drove 2 cars with ease. I absolutely fell in love with the I walked in for an appointment at 1 PM with Lani she showed me the cars in my budget test drove 2 cars with ease. I absolutely fell in love with the 2016 Volkswagen Passat. At first we couldn't get the payments to match my budget she was very understanding and got the payments down to where I could afford them. There were beverages while we waited (not very long). All of the employees were smiling and looked like they loved their jobs. My mom and I we suprised by the amount of time spent in the dealership. Last time I bought a car we were there for almost 12 hours! I cant thank Lani and Car Vision enough for getting me into a car with all the features I wanted. I cant wait to see what this car has in store for my family and I! Thank you!!! More

Excellent Experiencre Made an appointment with Keith Perry to look at a used Mitsubishi Mirage and he was waiting for us outside that evening. We purchased a new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport two week prior and wanted a second car. Keith was patient as my husband is a man of many questions. While we took a test drive Keith pointed out the many features of the car. It really did not take long for us to make a decision. Keith also interacted with another couple who was interested in a larger vehicle. I am sure his smile and knowledge sold them a vehicle. I recommend dealing with Keth for you vehicle needs. He is informative and ready to help you get into the car of your dreams. I spoke tro Keith about a friend and his needs and he said he will do a search for me and get back to me.
