Dean Cunningham at Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis

I have just purchased a used Lexus from Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. My search for this car started on the internet. I live 140 miles from this dealership. It was well worth the drive to work with the highly experienced team at MBA. When I expressed an interest in MBA’s used cars, Drew responded to me almost immediately.I was informed Michael Benso (salesman) would be assigned to me and within a short time, Michael emailed me and offered his assistance. The prompt and coutesious service I received was fabulous. During my purchase, Dustin was extremely helpful in helping me get financing that suited my budget and when I took delivery of my Lexus, it was spotless. Michael is the best car salesman I have ever met and I have bought and sold over 100 cars in my lifetime. I will recommend Mercedes Benz of Annapolis to everyone I know. My experience was terrific! Thanks for helping me make a dear come true!

This is the second car I purchased from Mercedes Benz of Annapolis, and if asked to give a review, I actually would not know where to begin, simply because I would definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of Annapolis to any individual in need of a vehicle at any given time.

I had the courtesy of working with Mr. Dean Cunningham and Michelle on both purchasing occasions at Mercedes Benz of Annapolis, and I must admit that if I had to sum it up in 1 word I would simple say they were both "wonderful".

Mr. Dean Cunningham customer service, quality of work, and friendliness was refreshing at the first and even after 3+ years remains refreshing. In fact, I felt as if I just went in for the keys as the experience was very hassle free. Without even sacrificing a day off from work Mr. Cunningham consulted with me on my terms and needs and was very impressive as he was very knowledgeable, polite, and overall rooted in his field, wherein I am yet to believe how quick and hassle free he made the overall purchasing experience. Tom Stancavage and Michelle (Finance Department) was also very friendly, effective, and also made the overall experience extremely hassle free...

I would definitely recommend Mr. Cunningham to any individual seeking to secure their first or next vehicle. I was in and out in my new vehicle within 30 to 45 minutes and was very excited with not only driving home my new vehicle, but with the overall experience as well.

Definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of Annapolis and Mr. Dean Cunningham, and after that process Tom and Michelle will be the icing on the cake that will seal the experience with an even bigger smile.

Great service by Dean Cunningham as I am in Colorado and the Audi TT was delivered ON TIME to my daughter in Boston. Car is EVERYTHING advertised and stated. No gimmicks, straight dealing, total integrity. Would do it again!

This is my 2nd vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Annapolis, and Dean Cunningham was my sales associate on both occasions. Not only is he professional, low pressure, and knowledgeable, but he listens and reacts accordingly. Dean listened to what I wanted for the next vehicle I would buy (after my first experience), and he found exactly what I wanted the 2nd time around without me having to wonder if the car could be found, or if the transaction could work smoothly.

Dean's attention to detail, calm disposition, and vehicle knowledge is what you expect when you buy a car like Mercedes, and you should expect nothing less. Drew, Michelle and Tom (Finance Team) were wonderful, and they too made both my experiences seamless and wonderful.

I purchased a pre-owned 2007 SLK 350 from their online selection, sight-unseen! The salesman, Dean, was very helpful and kept me informed of every step of the process, from price negotiation to delivery of the vehicle (out of state). All of my questions were answered honeslty and I found this dealership to be great!

I had a wonderful, hassle-free experience with MB-Annapolis. Dean Cunningham, my Sales Consultant, was a pleasure to work with. Dean is very knowledgeable and a consummate professional. His no-pressure, consultative style put me at ease right away. He was able to answer all of my questions and provided outstanding customer service.
In fact, everyone I worked with was pleasant and knowledgeable including the Sales Manager, Drew Litherland and the Finance & Leasing Manager, Michele. I would highly recommend MB-Annapolis and Dean Cunningham in particular, to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience.

The buying experience with Dean was fantastic. When I walked in, I explained to Dean that I had a few constraints in buying my next car. he took the time to understand these constraints and explore potential alternatives. I also had a time sensitive departure, and Dean made the deal work within the time I had.
