Stellar Customer Service I am a loyal Cadillac customer. However, this was my first time working with Sales and Leasing Consultant, Dean Derigiotis. He is knowledgeable about the Cadillac product and made every effort to assist me with feeling comfortable with my new vehicle and its‘ upgrades. He is personable, warm and truly committed to customer service excellence. He understands the meaning of building strong customer relationships. I cannot speak highly enough of him. He works seamlessly with his colleagues and appears to have a good rapport with them. Mr. Derigiotis introduced me to several employees to include Service Manager, Eric Scott, Financial Managers’ Jason Wier, Scott Estes and Salesman, Darius Thompson. Dean also introduced me to Executive Manager, Mark Naszradi. Mr. Naszradi was hands-on when addressing all my concerns especially service. He is sensitive and has his hand on the pulse of the customer. I believe Suburban Cadillac will thrive under his leadership and that of his dedicated staff. More

I was nervous and worried when I arrived at the dealership not knowing what to expect and preparing for the worst but Jason made me feel very comfortable and kept a positive attitude. Jason and Dean made my leasing process a great experience. From the time I walked in until the second I left they made sure I was comfortable offering beverages, food, homemade cookies, etc... Jason and Dean made me feel right at home. Even dealing with paperwork was a simple task.
