I was looking for a used m series BMW , I worked with dean and he said that they did not have one in stock. But if one came in that he would give me a phone call.. yea right, how many times have I heard dean and he said that they did not have one in stock. Several weeks past, sure enough I receive a call from dean and the dealership had just traded for m5 bmw .. without having to askhe sent me pictures. I though he had forgotten about me. How refreshing it was to learn that someone these days will keep there word. Dean did not know at the time but I would have paid the asking price. That said, he gave me a fair discount. What surprised me the most is his vast knowledge about the 2006 BMW, being that he work at Toyota store.
