MY GRANDDAUGHTER BOUGHT HER CAR THRU DEBBIE WAGONER AND WHEN I WAS LOOKING FOR A CAR SHE RECOMMENDED HER. I WAS PLEASED AS I FOUND DEBBIE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PLEASANT. We had a great experience at Tom's Ford and would definitely recommend this dealer for a new car, All the staff was very friendly and helpful and we did not feel pressured into buying a car. Scott Nusbaum and Debbie Wagner took good care of us! Buying for a 3rd time at Tom's ford was great. I would recommend them both to everyone who needed a new or used car. My husband's lease was up on his Mazda, so we began our search for a new car. Our first stop (and last as it turns out) was to Tom's Ford. From the start, salesperson, Debbie Wagner was extremely friendl search for a new car. Our first stop (and last as it turns out) was to Tom's Ford. From the start, salesperson, Debbie Wagner was extremely friendly and helpful. She listened to what 'we wanted' and never tried to pressure 'sale' us at all. We not only bought a replacement vehicle for my husband, I also bought one for me! Our buying experience could not have been better - unless the vehicles were free! Our cars were even delivered with bows on them. Nice touch. Thank you Debbie!!!!!! More

I was in the market to buy or lease a new car so we (my wife and I) went to Tom's Ford to check out the Edge. We were introduced to Debbie who helped show us around. I usually dislike looking for a new car because of the pressure and haggling that goes with it but I'd have to say this time around it was very relaxed and at ease. Debbie was very personable, knowledgeable and very patient with showing us the different models. We came to terms in a stress free environment. I would highly recommend Debbie and this dealership for your next lease or purchase. By the way, it was so stress free the wife leased a Fusion too... More
