My Review of Audi North Scottsdale:
Debby, Dennis, and Bill exemplified how an auto dealership should conduct business with their potential customers. They were patient, provided consistent feedback, and took the time to meet with me on a few occasions to narrow down what I wanted in a vehicle, and we were able to quickly come to a mutually acceptable agreement on a new A4 within a week. From the beginning of the negotiating process to the end, these three represented Audi North Scottsdale and Penske extremely well and I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend dealing with Audi North Scottsdale, and in particular, Dennis, Debby, and Bill, if you're interested in purchasing or leasing a Audi here in Arizona. They're a first class dealership with first class associates. It is a pleasure doing business with the three of you!

Even through we were there to purcahse a used vehicle that was not an Audi, the staff went out of thier way to make us feel comfortable about our purchase. They were friendly, attentive and all provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car!

My past experiences of working with used car dealerships has not always been positive. But working with Audi North Scottsdale for my pre-owned car has been a breath of fresh air. From my first call, Debby Lloyd worked hard to get the car I wanted, (which wasn't even on the lot yet), the price I wanted, within the time frame I needed it. Everything met and/or exceeded my expectations from the limo pickup at the airport, to the professional service, the immaculate condition if their show rooms, and the ease of the purchasing process. Even though I live in Texas and had a seventeen hour drive back, I would still recommend this dealership to anyone of my family or friends... and for sure I would have them contact Debby. I thank Audi North Scottsdale and Debby Lloyd for the joy and fun in my recent car purchasing experience!

My husband and I recently purchased a 2011, Q5 from Debby Lloyd and staff. We were a two-day visitor. Debby is a strong, confident and knowledgeable sales person. She responded quickly to my email request and when my husband and I first visited, we purposely allotted a little time to look at and ask questions. Debby was easy to speak with and patient with both of us. We told her that we were looking at other cars and she was quick witted and worked very well with my husband and me. She gave us several ways to get in touch with her and let us know her schedule. We came back and bought a car from her. She spent almost an hour with me ~ talking me through and I plan to schedule additional time to learn more. I love my Audi and will recommend Debby Lloyd, not only was she fair and worked well with my husband and me, she sold me on an AUDI, as I had been driving a VOLVO!

My Review of Audi North Scottsdale:
We recently purchased a new Audi A4 from Audi North Scottsdale and were very pleased with the entire purchase. We aren't from Arizona, however we found the car we were looking for through their website, which provided a lot of great detail, photos and a video. We worked with Debby, who was simply wonderful. She was very professional, knowledgeable and helped us to figure out all the current offerings and what was best for us.

With the kind help of Debby, we decided to buy the car, sight unseen and a state away, trusting that we were in good hands. Everything was taken care of expeditiously and professionally to the last detail. The transporter was great and even with a full load of other deliveries, he graciously took the time to make sure we were comfortable with the car before he was on his way.

Overall it was a great purchase and experience. We are truly enjoying the car and if there is one complaint about the process, its that we couldn't meet Debby and the rest of their staff in person.

My Review of Audi North Scottsdale:
Debby did an excellent sales presentation and provided thorough explanation and demonstartion of the car's features. Debby also made a follow-up call several days after the sale which I found thoughful and professional.

Tara Price did a great job explaining my finance options and obligations. She also detailed available options for the vehicle and assisted me in purchasing the tinted windows for the A4.

Jill from the service department provided prompt scheduling for the installation of the tinted windows. She assisted me with the Avis rental car and notified me when the service was completed.
