Supportive, Patient, and dedicated I got a referral from my inzurance company filled out the form sent it to them got a call in a day. I met with Sandi that Saturday. Gave them time to licate the vehicle I needed to accomadate my large family. In the mean time I had death in my family had no cintact for a week or so. Got a call tbat my vehicle was ready to inspect and test drive. Met with Sandi one afternoon and drove my 2014 Grand Caravan home that evening. Sandi knew what i needed and made it happen for me. I appreciate their patience, suppiort and dedcation to get me my new vehicle. I recommend them to anyone, bad credit no credit slow credit..... get there for your experience. More

2014 Santa Fe Experience So I arrived Saturday afternoon to browse the inventory, I forgot which car I had inquired about but Sandi came out to meet us and mentioned I was loo So I arrived Saturday afternoon to browse the inventory, I forgot which car I had inquired about but Sandi came out to meet us and mentioned I was looking for the Nissan Altima which was sold, I inquired about the Santa Fe and we took it for a test drive. I was impressed by the car's features and was immediately sold on wanting this car. Sandi was a joy to work with, she has great customer service skills, super funny and animated but not overkill. As a customer, I felt she was professional yet personable. Even though I didn't get the exact monthly payment I was looking for, Sandi helped fight for as much as she could I believe, to get the price to where I flt most comfortable that I could afford. Overall, the experience was good and I look forward to enjoying my new car. More

The service was excellent!!!!! I went to RM Dodge to browse their inventory in person after making a list online. Someone else had beat me out for my 2 top choices. So after talk I went to RM Dodge to browse their inventory in person after making a list online. Someone else had beat me out for my 2 top choices. So after talking with Adam Parker, he showed me 1 of my other choices and I accepted the test-drive. He was very respectful and kind. He even read the Carfax report to me while we were on my test-drive, along with answering every question that I had. So after the test-drive we made a deal and I drove my 2009 Toyota Camry off the lot that same day. I like that Adam didn't try to take advantage of me, as this is the 3rd vehicle that I have purchase on my own after being divorced some years ago. That says a lot about his character in general, but especially as a salesperson. You see, I had visited another dealership earlier that day and left because the salesperson didn't listen to me, as he tried to tell me what he wanted to sell me. I would definitely recommend Adam Parker & RM Dodge to my friends & family. Not only my salesperson, but everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable & welcomed. Excellent purchase experience with great customer service. I could not have asked for a better truck buying experience than my recent purchase from Adam Parker at Rocky Mount Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge. Adam was by far superior to all other sales associates at the other dealerships that I visited. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the Ram products, and patient; never once attempted to pressure me to make a purchase. Brad and Debra were also very helpful in my purchase as well as Richard in the service department. The folks at Rocky Mount Chrysler/Dodge made this an "enjoyable" buying experience and honestly I can't think of one negative thing to say. I have been very pleased so far with my new Ram truck and when the time comes for my next vehicle purchase I will definitely call Adam Parker at Rocky Mount Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge first. More

After truck shopping for 3 days for the right truck at the right price, I literally went to 8 other dealerships from Fayetteville to Raleigh talked with 8 other Salesmen, in negotiations in a few of them, and finally ran across this dealership. Spoke with the best Salesperson yet, HER name is Sandi. She knows her trucks like no other man salesman knew, very knowledgeable, courteous, and attractive;) Found a truck I liked that fit the bill, made an offer, and for the first time with no haggle they offered me a even better deal on a brand new truck! The entire staff was super friendly and definitely the easiest vehicle purchase ever! I'll be back for my next purchase hands down!!! Ask for Sandi, you won't be disappointed! Thank you guys! Leon U. Mrs Sandi dealer rep was AMAZING!! On Sun my engine died on me and I needed a car ASAP! So I called this dealership and I spoke with Sandi over the phone. I told her my situation and I asked her if I would be able to leave with a car if I went to the dealership. She said YES! And not only was she telling me yes, I felt like she really believed that she could put me in a car that day. So much so that she took all my info over the phone and looked into my stuff and she again told me "yes I will put you in a car today!" I was still kinds not so sure but I went on down to the dealership and Mrs Sandi was on Point! She had everything ready for when I got there! That was the easiest, fastest process I have ever experienced! All I had to do was sign the paperwork and I drove home in a really, really nice Buick Verano!!! Thank you! Thank you! To Mrs Sandi Dean for understanding my situation and getting me into a CAR! You are the BEST! I tell everyone about you and the EXCELLENT service you gave me!! More
