The finance manager explained finance options and reviewed the paperwork,payments,warranty and service plans included. My sales consultant walked with me to the service department right across the street, and introduced me to the service manager. I got a cup of coffee too, while she got the keys. After the service department washed the vehicle, put temporary license plate on, gave me 2 sets of keys and my copy of the contract and paperwork.. They were very professional and courteous. More

I have nothing but great things to say about our experience at Coulter Cadillac Phoenix. My husband had been emailing with Denise Walker for a few months regarding different vehicles. Due to a famil experience at Coulter Cadillac Phoenix. My husband had been emailing with Denise Walker for a few months regarding different vehicles. Due to a family emergency we were unable to go in to see them in person but Denise kept in constant communication with us. When we arrived last Saturday to test drive the 2023 Cadillac XT4, she was helping another customer but happily introduced us to Bill Durst who helped us to become more familiar with the vehicle we had only seen online. We don’t enjoy being pushed to buy anything, especially something with such a substantial price tag but Bill and Denise were helpful and at no point pushy. Both were knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered questions readily without making us feel rushed with any decisions. David Smoker was pleasant and easy to work with as well. He was knowledgeable and helpful in informing us of our options for warranty services, finances and such. Again, we did not feel pressured into anything and were made to feel like family in the short time we were at the dealership. I’m happily driving my new Cadillac XT4 and plan to continue to buy my vehicles with Coulter Cadillac in the future and have let all my friends know as well. More
