I would NEVER recommend the dealership because of the unethical, slimy, dishonest sales tactics used by Dennis and Dom, and reinforced by the general manger. They used false sincerity to create trust, pr unethical, slimy, dishonest sales tactics used by Dennis and Dom, and reinforced by the general manger. They used false sincerity to create trust, prolonged the process to keep me onsite longer, used the value of my trade to create confusion and back into numbers. Dom then accelerated through the signing of paperwork without showing me pertinent pages of the sales contract that required my e-signature. To make matters worse, Dom typed my name on the signature lines of those documents without my knowledge or consent, which is ILLEGAL Once home, I thoroughly reviewed the paperwork and discovered discrepancies in numbers as and saw my electronic signature on pertinent pages of the sales contract. I returned to the dealership a few hours later and asked them to nullify the contract because I wouldn’t have moved forward had I known how much I was actually being charged for the car. Dennis said I could have my trade in vehicle back but that turned out to be another lie. The GM then came out, told me there was no “cooling off period in Maryland” so I was not getting my old car back and he hoped I would eventually like my new car. I am now locked into a car payment for 5 years that is almost double what I planned on. Had Dom shown me the information on his computer screen, I wouldn’t have purchased the car. Had Dennis nullified my contract as he said he would, then I wouldn’t be saddled with a car payment that has me stretch very thin financially, for 5 years.. More

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Had check engine light come on 800 miles after driving it off the lot. Called Ideal and they said they would call my local shop and arrange to get it Had check engine light come on 800 miles after driving it off the lot. Called Ideal and they said they would call my local shop and arrange to get it fixed. Took the truck to the local dealership myself and had it fixed and found out ideal never called. The check engine light was caused by improper software update and install performed by Ideal. After buying the truck I asked for the second key and was told they could not find it and would have to look. They did not locate the key before I left so they said they would locate it and mail it to me with my new tags. Never got a call. I called Ideal 8 times asking where the key was only to be told they still had to look for it and would call back the next day but never got a call back. On the 8th call I was informed there was never a second key when the truck was traded and they denied saying they would locate and ship me the key. They told me if I wanted a second key I would have to buy it myself. Both the salesmen and managers were equally useless. Never dealing with this dealership again! More

We liked the dealer overall - the new young salesman, Julian, was very persistent, but to his credit, his persistence made it happen and I suspect he will be good at this. I liked dealing with Dennis, th Julian, was very persistent, but to his credit, his persistence made it happen and I suspect he will be good at this. I liked dealing with Dennis, the sales manager, as well. Finance portion was slow for my taste at well over an hour, I think closer to 2. I do recognize that was partly because my wife was handling her part remotely so it made more work for him and I really appreciate the flexibility in accommodating us. However, I felt like the conversation was a slow paced attempt to sell us gap insurance & other add ons and of course that's his job, but the technique was slow for my taste. My bigger issue was that I had actual questions that I felt were pretty quickly dismissed. I don't mean to be unkind, as I work in sales too and my feelings would likely be hurt if someone wrote anything less than stellar about me, but at the same time, I might want to know what I could improve. More
