My Review of Audi North Scottsdale:
Debby, Dennis, and Bill exemplified how an auto dealership should conduct business with their potential customers. They were patient, provided consistent feedback, and took the time to meet with me on a few occasions to narrow down what I wanted in a vehicle, and we were able to quickly come to a mutually acceptable agreement on a new A4 within a week. From the beginning of the negotiating process to the end, these three represented Audi North Scottsdale and Penske extremely well and I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend dealing with Audi North Scottsdale, and in particular, Dennis, Debby, and Bill, if you're interested in purchasing or leasing a Audi here in Arizona. They're a first class dealership with first class associates. It is a pleasure doing business with the three of you!

Even through we were there to purcahse a used vehicle that was not an Audi, the staff went out of thier way to make us feel comfortable about our purchase. They were friendly, attentive and all provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car!

My Review of Audi North Scottsdale:
Hello Everyone. I purchased a used Audi A-4 Quattro SE from Dennis on June 28, 2011. He was the absolute best sales rep I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Anyone who has ever purchased a vehicle knows the scenario. A pride of buzzards begins to hassle you as soon as you pull up to their lot. If you remain and move forward, you are generally treated like dirt and berated all in the name of "their" bottom line.
Audi/Penske/Dennis were the POLAR OPPOSITE! I have never in my life been treated with so much respect and for that I cannot thank him enough. The deal was done quickly, professionally and to my satisfaction. If I didn't like the counter offer, he went back with mine without so much as a sigh much less an attitude. Remarkable service is all I can say.
Now, as to the after care and service:
Dennis contacted me several times just to check in and make sure all was well. It still is. When I noticed a minor defect in the passenger door panel is when I was introduced to Jill Parresol in the service division. Thank heavens for her! There were no questions asked, no hassles about a loaner car and she had the job done in a day. When working with her, it's akin to having a conversation with a friend and she is just so good at her craft. I had to take my love affair of a car in again today for a visor clip replacement (no big deal) and I didn't even make an appointment. I called mid-morning and she asked if I could bring it in today. It was just that easy. I hadn't even settled into the waiting room magazine when she told me my car was done and washed and ready for me.
If this is any indication of what the future with Audi holds, I will never own anything but an Audi.
On the same token, we purchased the same car in black for my spouse at their Chandler store one month before and the experience has been nothing less than the same.
If you choose to buy from Audi North Scottsdale (my personal choice), See Dennis for your buying experience and Jill for your service needs.
If you choose to buy from Audi Chandler, see Tim Jerome for your buying experience and Kyle Welter for your service needs.
I'm certain either store has equally capable people you could see, however, the proof in the experience and I highly suggest the above named.

Absolutely an excellent experience, I purchased an Audi TT from Dennis. I live in Nebraska and had never seen the car before it was shipped to Omaha. He promised everything would be perfect, and it was. He took care of every detail, was very considerate with any of my concerns, and assumed full responsibility for my satisfaction. We came into the dealership knowing what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend. When we told that to Dennis, he was able to reach our price and sell us the car without any hassle. Dennis was friendly, knew the Audi line and was very helpful. This was our first experience with an Audi vehicle/dealership and we were very impressed with this dealership vs the other ones we had been to. There was no pressure to buy, they let their cars/history speak for itself. Product knowledge from all employees we dealt with as we bought our car was a very big factor in this rating.

My Review of Audi North Scottsdale:
This has been the best experience we have had in a dealership. We have purchased 10 vehicles over a period of 20 years and have only been to dealerships 4 of those times (includes this last time) because we have had poor experiences each time. This time, Steve who was our sales consultant made us feel very comfortable, did not pressure us and most of all did not bring in multiple people to try and get us to 'up' our offer. We explained our budget, and Steve worked with us directly. He was able to help us get into a car of our choice at a price that was just a little above our budget. We definitely recommend Audi of North Scottsdale. They also provided us with a full tank of gas!

My Review of Audi North Scottsdale:
I was on a business trip from California and I walked into the Audi Dealership in North Scottsdale to look at vehicles. It was late and the dealership was closing for the night. My business partner and I stopped for a moment to look at the Audi sports car parked in front of the dealership. I had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle that night the visit was not expected to be any longer than 10 minutes.
While I was looking at the vehicles, I came across a beautiful 2006 Audi A-4 convertible that got my attention and asked "Dennis Goad" who was trying to close that evening if he could spend a few minutes with me to show the vehicle. Dennis was absolutely one of the BEST people I have ever run across in the auto industry. He spent quality time with me and gave me everything that I asked for in regards to the trade in and the price to accommodate the financing.
I have NEVER experienced this kind of treatment with any sales person or car dealership in my life.

This has been an experience that I will never forget and a story that I will tell everyone when they ask me about my new car. I live in California but I think I have convinced a lot of people to drive to the Audi Dealership in North Scottsdale to see Dennis Goad and Tara Price with financing..

I can’t thank DENNIS and staff enough for the great service and making my drive home back to California one of the best days in my life!
