8am appointment. Was told at 9:45am that the tech cut their hand and couldn't work on the car. They called in another tech. My car was first in line to be worked on. Dennis was nice enough. But, was I told the truth? Don't know. My name was never on the digital service board for me to even keep track. More

I got to The dealership pretty early on a Friday, they were started by 8 and I was driving out by 10.
