8am appointment. Was told at 9:45am that the tech cut their hand and couldn't work on the car. They called in another tech. My car was first in line to be worked on. Was told at 9:45am that the tech cut their hand and couldn't work on the car. They called in another tech. My car was first in line to be worked on. That leaves me to understand that they didn't even touch my car from 8am to 9:45am..... They finally got my car done by 11:15am. Pretty tough to say that this is exceptional service. Dennis was nice enough. But, was I told the truth? Don't know. My name was never on the digital service board for me to even keep track. More

I got to The dealership pretty early on a Friday, they were started by 8 and I was driving out by 10. The service was done in under an hour, but they upgraded the car according to a recall, which I was no were started by 8 and I was driving out by 10. The service was done in under an hour, but they upgraded the car according to a recall, which I was not even aware of— and that really even didn’t add much time. I sat in the lobby, had free WiFi and sent some work emails. Job done. Great experience overall. More
