I have now purchased four vehicles from Sunshine Toyota (two used and two new). I had a wonderful experience (again) with the Sunshine Toyota Team. I worked with Dennis Walters who I would reccomend to eve (two used and two new). I had a wonderful experience (again) with the Sunshine Toyota Team. I worked with Dennis Walters who I would reccomend to everyone. I had two phone calls with Dennis to talk about my options. On the second call he a rock solid plan for me and my new car (that was on a Friday). On Monday stopped in at 2:00pm and was out on the road in my new 2011 CAMRY by 3:30pm. What wonderful experience at Sunshine Toyota of Battle Creek. It started with the phone call to Dennis. I was looking at vehicles online and the one I had found was sold already. However, Dennis took it upon himself to crunch some numbers and see if another sale would be possible on a vehicle in stock. He did not give me a lot of song and dance, just straight numbers of what we were looking at. Luckily for me the awesome sales experience did not stop there. When I arrived in Battle Creek to see the vehicle, Mr. Walters was ready to go. I was test driving the vehicle within a few minutes. After the ten minute test drive, Dennis informed me that my trade-in had been appraised and we had set a date and time for the final transaction. Right on point. The day had come - so my wife and I headed out from Grand Blanc, Michigan to Battle Creek. I believe we arrived at 11am, and were finished driving away looking for lunch at about 12pm. Everything was very fluid from the sales associate to the finance department. Usually moving as fast as they did, you would expect some changes or a "problem" associated with an unexpected cost. Not with my experience. I even enjoyed the finance department representative’s explanation on additional warranties even though I did not choose that route. It was all laid out perfectly and well understood. Everyone just had there stuff together and were ready to sell my wife and I that vehicle. Very pleased. I had met with the two different sales managers (Jeff and I believe Matt) who were very knowledgeable. They were willing to match price on tires and ready to negotiate any other issues. I say this because other dealers I have bought from, I remember the sales manager being the one who would say no, or counter offer with an inflated figure. Excellent service. Finally, when I was driving away (very satisfied) my wife had noticed a very minute issue with the windshield. I turned around and there was the Toyota staff at the door ready to hear me out on my problem. They said they would fix it for free, and I followed up with them a couple of days later. They followed through with their word and the service department was ready on the spot at 7:45 in the morning. I have a dealership here in Grand Blanc which I have purchased from, but next time I need a new Toyota, I will definitely consider the long haul to Sunshine Toyota of Battle Creek. I searched for a hybrid auto on the web to save myself time. I found the one I eventually bought at Sunshine and it appeared to be everything I was looking for. I responded to the website and was surpris time. I found the one I eventually bought at Sunshine and it appeared to be everything I was looking for. I responded to the website and was surprised when Dennis Walters emailed me in less than a day. In the past I have found dealerships not responding for 5 days. Dennis was laid back, gave me the info I needed and we set up a time to see the car on a Saturday. Dennis called and reminded me just as I asked him to do and I got there just an hour before closing on a Saturday. There was no feeling that I was keeping them there and they spent all the time I needed. I told Dennis I would think about it and call back Monday. Dennis emailed me on Sunday night asking if I had gotten the answers I needed and I asked a couple of questions and asked him to fine tune the deal. On Monday I completed the sale. Why? It is a great little car, the folks at the dealership didn't act like they were trying to shove a car at me, all my questions were answered and there was no "extras" that "slipped" in at the last minute. The leasing guy was great, no pressure and the whole thing was exactly how I wanted it to go. I have asked Dennis to find my friend a Saturn Sky now because I trust them. I first saw the 2009 Camry XLE on Sunshine Toyota’s website and emailed questions to them to learn more about the vehicle. I traveled from Grand Rapids to Sunshine to inspect the vehicle. The vehicle was as described and within a few hours the vehicle was ready for me to drive home. Dennis made certain I obtained the vehicle I wanted at a great price. I was impressed with Sunshine Toyota’s staff’s friendliness and their dedication to outstanding customer service. I will highly recommend this dealership to everyone. More

Sunshine Toyota posted the vehicle I bought on their website five days before I could possibly get there from a neighboring state to personally inspect it. They held the vehicle immediately for that time (with a minimal, refundable deposit) and greeted my wife and I immediately when we arrived on the following Saturday. The vehicle was as advertised and maybe better. The staff, including Dennis Walters - our TCUV Sales Consultant, was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was answered on site and we purchased and left with the vehicle. Registration paperwork arrived within a few days and everything we have experienced has been top shelf. More

We test drove to our hearts content. We felt our decision to trade in our beloved 2007 Tundra for the 2009 Venza to be irrefutable. Matt took the task of switching my license plate to the Venza and was adamant that he clean it to suit the clean vehicle. We had a good laugh over his OCD, I mean discerning conviction. :) And he was right, a dirty plate wouldn't do. Our 4 year old even felt compelled to make a thank you card. From the first online inquiry to the final signature Sunshine Toyota exceeded our expectations. We look forward to returning. More
