I live in Fort Wayne, and found a certified Pre-owned Prius for cheaper than any other certified vehicle we had been looking at. They offered me 1500 more on my trade-in than any other dealer without any hassle. I called at 11:30 and ended up driving up and driving home with a wonderful vehicle. Chip and Dennis are beyond any other dealership employees I've had the pleasure of dealing with throughout this normally stressful process. I highly recommend this dealership. Not pushy, great pricing, great and easy to deal with.

We were really excited to get a new car, at first we were only inquiring about cars and tried not to consume anyone's time more then needed. Once we were sure that we were definitely pursuing a Prius, we needed a little more help, and Jim was very helpful. Overall our experience was easy and fun.

A few less automated e-mails would have been nice though :)

Chip Iceberg was our used car salesman. We talked to him several times, before we decided to purchased used Camry. He was probably one of the few used car salesperson's, that I have talked to, that there was no pressure to purchase a vehicle. He took care of all our questions,( there were several being this was our first Toyota).And treated us very good. I would highly recommend Chip as the used car salesperson that you should talk too. I am in my later years and he was probably the nicest, and easiest to deal with used car saleperson, that I have every met.

I live in Fenton Michigan, I was referred by HBC Contracting. My experience with Sunshine Toyota was amazing. I purchased the vehicale I found on line. I was unsure which dealership to buy at, so happy I went to Sunshine. All my needs were met and I also purchased and extra warranty I never intended on buying along with the rust proofing packages. Everyone I came in contact with was great to deal with. No question went unanswered. I will definatley refefer Sunshine to everyone I know!

Had a very good experience with this dealership. Even though we had issues with our credit they were more than happy to work with us to help us get into the vehicles that we were interested in and help us rebuild our credit. Never at any time did we feel pressured to do anything that we didn't want to. Even though the salesman that we were dealing with was from the new car side of the dealership, he didn't hesitate to show us vehicles on the used car side if that was what we were interested in. We had never looked at Toyota before nut were very pleased with the experience and would come back to this dealership again.

I went into Sunshine Toyota because I saw a beautiful Chevrolet on the the lot, and asked for a test drive. Jim handed me the keys then took it for a little spin and fell in love with it. As much as he tried to push me towards Toyota, I had to stick to that Chevy. Jim was polite and curtious, gave me a list of everything I might need to establish approval, and i was out the door in 3 days with a 2011 truck. Dennis was my finacial agent I used, and he made everything clear on warranty, and several options they had for service. Both employees were patient and understanding and overall made the whole experience easy.

Aimee Alger was a pleasure to deal with. She was very direct in answering our questions. Aimee was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and about the manufacturer as well. We communicated via email at first and questions I had about the condition of the vehicle were truthfully conveyed as evidenced when I made the 1 hour trip to her dealership to view the vehicle - no sugarcoating! A Carfax report on the vehicle was available for viewing on the dealership's website and available service records were shared and explained. Aimee's confidence in herself and her product shown through and she made you feel like a "partner" in the purchasing process. Her co-workers I dealt with were friendly and helpful as well. I feel I purchased a quality vehicle at a fair price and I would not hesitate recommending Aimee to anyone looking for a transportation solution!

My husband and I were impressed with the friendliness and knowledgeability of the sales staff at Sunshine Toyota. Mr. Froelich was friendly and very professional. The staff did not, I feel, "talk down" in any way to me which sometime happens to me as a woman.
