Everyone at Hyundai is very nice,Ray, Simone, Denys, Leo, Pete BUT the dealership is very disorganized. Even in beginning with the sale, we were mid-communicated several things, then with a repair. The dealership was great! The only issues that concerned me that after repeatedly saying no to the extended warranty they still ask multiple times and sit you at a desk and go The only issues that concerned me that after repeatedly saying no to the extended warranty they still ask multiple times and sit you at a desk and go over the package deals. They also ran my credit again after I brought in a voucher from the bank to pay for the car as well as $4,000 down for he car along with my credit score from the bank that was pulled 2 days prior. I was not financing through there company. Inspite of those 2 issues the people were nice and knowledgeable. More

Denys Padermo does not care about the people he sells cars to. He sent me a message saying how important his customers are to him after the sale. I never heard from him for three months until he showed u cars to. He sent me a message saying how important his customers are to him after the sale. I never heard from him for three months until he showed up at my door to tell me that he hasn't been paid for the car he sold me. Nothing. Not a text. Not a phone call. Not a xxxx thing! What a poor employee you have representing your company. About the issue of not being paid for the car he sold me, your finance department never submitted the documents to my bank to process the loan. So after three month Denys contacted me and I had to reapply for the loan. I did so and sent him the required documents, however it took a month for the finance department contacted me to sign the documents. Poor communications, very poor and unacceptable conduct by Denys, total disregard for customers. More
