Deon was very helpful when it came to us inquiring about purchasing a new car. This dealership has the best sales personal. I worked with Dion and Sam, and they are low key and information regarding the different vehicles for sale. This is the second subaru that I have bought from with Dion and Sam, and they are low key and information regarding the different vehicles for sale. This is the second subaru that I have bought from this dealership. This time I wanted a smaller vehicle the the forester I bought 5 years ago. I went there with 3 different models in mind, and bought the Legacy. The closer was also very good. More

Everything was good - thank you to Deon and Aaron for your great customer service! :) - until the delivery of the car. The detailing of the new car was not up to par I had to wait another day for the car your great customer service! :) - until the delivery of the car. The detailing of the new car was not up to par I had to wait another day for the car to be re-detailed even then the car had water spots, dust and glue from the stickers. When we brought this to Adam Maat’s - sales manager - attention, he got defensive and argumentative- said that if we were not happy with the car to cancel the contract. It was upsetting to hear this as a new customer thus because of this particular incident and person my trust in Elk Grove Subaru has dwindled hence the 1 star. More

We just purchased Subaru Outback there. Originally we went to Roseville Auto-mall, but the customer service there was so bad that we decided to drive 30 miles to Elk Grove Auto-mall. The customer service here is phenomenal, our sales guy was Deon who went above and beyond to meet our needs. We got amazing deal and it was fun. We will buy car there again when the time comes. We highly recommend this dealership to anybody who is looking to buy a car. More
