Derek the sale consultant was excellent. The truck I was looking at had gotten sold over the weekend was sold but Derek told me to come up and see what trucks they had. I arrived about 10 am.After test driving a Silverado LT I wasn’t sure if the price was out of my range..After talking back and forth we agreed on a price. He did an awesome job We had the papers signed by 12 PM. The problem I have it took over 5 hours to get the rest of the paper work done. Derek kept trying to get me in to sign but it didn’t happen. I understand it was the last day of the month but to be at the dealership over 7 hours is a little extreme. This is my third lease and the other two didn’t take that long.. Again Derek was great. Easy to work with. That part was a pleasure but the wait was a problem. More

Derek was very good. I was up sold a service plan, extended warranty and paint protectors. Signed the papers and drove home. A week later I was told my bank wouldn’t f I was up sold a service plan, extended warranty and paint protectors. Signed the papers and drove home. A week later I was told my bank wouldn’t fund the warranty or service plan. I was told I was approved up to $250 a month above the finance amount of the truck if I agreed to all extra products. Had to go back again to resign bank papers a week later. I was offered a”zero” plan to pay Mohawk separately. Cost would be $400 down $110 per for 36 months. Which would have been half the price I was sold originally at $110 a month for 72 months. Felt taken advantage of. It’s a blessing SEFCU turned down original service plan. Also I put 600 miles and oil life is at 35% left. Never changed my oil before selling me that $36,000 truck. More
