Going into a car dealership is overwhelming and I dread it. I am so thankful Big Q was there and was amazing because I wanted a female salesperson. I just felt more comfortable as a woman buying a car and not just any car the Type R from a woman. That was important to me so thank you for giving me that experience. Brandon Honda made this experience way less intimidating and they were honest, to the point, fair with negotiating, and made me want to return. Extremely disappointed with our experience at Brandon Honda. Initially, they asked for more money than originally agreed upon. After we reluctantly accommodated their demands, they then changed the trans Honda. Initially, they asked for more money than originally agreed upon. After we reluctantly accommodated their demands, they then changed the transaction terms again and even demanded the car back. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of integrity is unacceptable.
