Matt Unger was my sales rep and he was great to work with. He knew a lot about both of the cars I was looking at and helped me make an informed decision about what to buy. The two cars were similar and I kept getting the details confused, but Matt always was able to help me get it straight. He also not only cared about me getting the right car- he was also easy to conversate with. He even had colors and coloring pages on hand for my restless toddler! Also, he helped me move over all of my stuff from my old car and made sure my phone was connected before I left. Karim Jaffer and Derek Song also made everything very easy with the finance process. Having been to multiple Toyota dealerships, I can say, equivocally, that he assured we had the best experience. I absolutely detest the car buying experience, but Pat Lobb & Len were phenomenal. Best dealership experience I’ve had! I’ll start by saying my credit isn’t the best, so I’ve been judged in the past at dealerships, or at least felt judged. Not here though! Roger took the time to explain thoroughly the process and we test drove the car so we could get a feel of the car. Roger even drive the SUV so we could see the different features of the car. Roger had a gentleman to show us how everything worked in the SUV before we left with the SUV. We are not sure what his name was but he was wonderful. My husband and I love Toyota vehicles and we will back to see Roger when it’s time to purchase another vehicle. We do not want to forget about the manager Brian as he was great to work with because we were going to leave due to price but Brian was able to work the price out so it could be a win win for us and Toyota.
