Great experience! Derek worked very hard for my husband and I. He was up front and direct and bent over backwards to help get our truck into budget! Genuinely Interested in Customer Satisfaction I had a fantastic experience at Vernon. Frankly, the best experience I ever had buying a pre-owned vehicle. I located Vernon via the internet and w I had a fantastic experience at Vernon. Frankly, the best experience I ever had buying a pre-owned vehicle. I located Vernon via the internet and was very pleased with their presence on the internet and the wide selection which was really easy to filter and sort on their website. I had a couple of phone calls with Derek prior to making a trip to test drive. Derek was never pushy and was respectful and professional. Once I settled on a vehicle and made the purchase the paperwork portion was done quickly and hassle free. After leaving the dealership I encountered a couple of small issues with the vehicle and the entire staff was helpful and proactive in helping to work thru those issues. I communicated with Derek Wilson and Ashley Hernandez via email and they were both quick to respond and mad sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase.
