We did not have a good experience at the business desk where we were finalizing our contract. We asked to hurry things along, it was 8:00 p.m., cold, windy, and we still had other stops to make and were an hour from home. Stephanie wouldn't speed things along and insisted on trying over and over to resale us on service and warranty extras. After the 3rd refusal things got tense. She said she was new at the job and this criticism is meant to be constructive. I am sure she is instructed to try to sale those items "one more time" but she needs to learn how to read her clients and respond to their wishes also. Don't want her in trouble, just think she needs more skill at responding to the customer. More

We went to Nissan of Cookville after we were rejected at countless car lots. We had just about given up, but the we found some reviews for Cookville Nissan. At first we spoke with Scott via phone for a few days, and after speaking with him we decided to give it one last try. We got there around 10a.m and Scott was busy, but he recommended that we speak with Derrek. Derrek approached us with a kind welcome, and a friendly firm hand shake. He walked us through every step, and gave us every detail about the car that we had our eyes on. He never pushed us, and we never once felt pressured. He didnt come off like a car salesman pushing you with every breath. We never thought that we would get financed for a car, but Derrek went above and beyond. He made sure we left there with a car. We got a 2010 Altima that is amazingly nice. I could go on forever i have never delt with a car lot like this. Derrek along with Scott and the entire staff there made us feel like family. We arrived at 10a.m and left around 2p.m with our new car. Im a man of my word so trust me if you need a car go see the crew at Nissan in Cookville before you give up. Thank you all so much we now have a safe reliable car for our precious daughter to ride in when we go places. I can go to work with ease knowing that if my wife and daughter have to go anywhere that they are safe. I cant thank you all enough. More

It has been my experience that when a salesman shows you a brand of car that they don't normally sell, their knowledge of that car is extremely limited. I doubt that you'll find many infiniti salesmen with more knowledge of their product. Derek was very patient. He gave us all the time we needed to make up our minds even though it was getting late at night. He stayed overtime to finish the deal and went to the trouble to program my smart phone with the blue tooth feature in the car. Like I said we couldn't be happier with our experience at Nissan of Cookeville. More

I found a 2013 Frontier Pro4X with very low miles in the used vehicle lineup and asked to test drive it. The salesman (Derrek St.John) was very knowledgeable and answered our questions in a friendly manner while helping us determine if the truck would be a good fit for our needs and lifestyle. The dealership was very clean and quite while folks were moving about conducting their business; distractions were minimal while we negotiated the sale. The negotiation process was simple and both the salesman and sales manager were respectful and clear about their requirements; we eventually came to an acceptable place and closed the deal. The atmosphere had to be the best part of the process and I attribute that to the warm welcome and friendly conversations I had with Derrek and Doug Mcdonald (Sales Manager). As a customer, I really appreciated the warm atmosphere created by Derrek and the professional sales process provided by Nissan of Cookeville. More
