Stress free car buying. I shopped for a car for my daughter. I found the Lithia staff very helpful. They listened to our needs and exceeded expectations. I'm a very difficult client having purchased 5 cars in ten years. I knew my numbers, and was adamant about not budging. Ferric was professional, efficient and thorough. At the end, he was able to negotiate an extremely fair deal, and obtain a very happy client. If you want follow up service after the deal, Derric is again the man. Having left my costly sunglasses in my trade in car, a week realizing this, Derric found them and got them back to me. One of the easiest deals I have ever done. More
