Worst car buying experience of my life. Communication was beyond awful. Due to complete ignorance to how the warranty sold to us works we were and are still without our car 14 days later!!! Service agents do NOT answer Due to complete ignorance to how the warranty sold to us works we were and are still without our car 14 days later!!! Service agents do NOT answer calls or return mesaages Had to send countless texts to even make any progress. Ultimately had to go into the dealership in person and stand over the agent so they did their job. At this point only 50% of the work requested has been completed. My wife is about to give birth and we STILL do not have our car back. All the time Wayne Akers blaming everyone they can other than owning their own mistakes in this process and advocating for me their client. This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had with service at a dealership. More
