The sales part of the experience was fine. I was given a second key that wasn’t programmed. I didn’t find that out till I got home. When I drove back to the dealership and presented my problem I was given a second key that wasn’t programmed. I didn’t find that out till I got home. When I drove back to the dealership and presented my problem, a hand was pointed toward the service department. I walked over there and waited and finally when I asked someone was, kind of angry. I was there and told me that I needed an appointment and that it was gonna take 2 to 3 hours to program the key. Not a very welcoming reception for a new customer. More
