I cannot give high enough ratings for the excellent service that I received from the sales team. I first spoke with Jasen Vann on the phone, and he was very professional and explained pricing and extr service that I received from the sales team. I asked him for a quote on the vehicle that I had chosen online, and he sent it right away. Right after this, I had an unpleasant experience with another Nissan dealership. The salesperson from that group sent me a quote, and I went to the dealership planning to purchase it. Their sales manager would not honor the quote that the salesman had given me. He would not even look at it. So I called Jasen back and told him what had happened. He put his sales manager, Alfonso Gutierrez on the phone, and Mr. Gutierrez assured me that he would honor the quote and that Mossy did not treat customers that way. I had previously worked for a company that leased cars from Mossy, and we always had excellent service and relationships with them. So I went to Mossy, met with Jasen, and closed the deal on the same day. All the employees made me feel very comfortable; there was no hard sell. It was a very pleasant experience, and now whenever I plan to purchase a car, either new or used, Mossy is the first place I will go, and I will recommend the dealership highly to anyone looking for a new car. Jasen continues to be in touch with me via e-mail to let me know opportunities that I have with Mossy Nissan. I couldn't give a better review. After a couple bad experiences with OTHER dealerships I was reluctant when I received a pre-approval offer from Capital One for a vehicle. My wife an I recently moved down to Houston from Washington D.C and accumulated some debt from our move. Although both our incomes are substantial, we didn’t have great credit. We also had two older vehicles and weren’t sure how we’d get financed when we’d eventually need replacements. Derrick was persistent and reached out to me a few times before I finally decided to give him and Mossy Nissan a try. Derrick’s communication during this entire process was exemplary. We talked via email, text and phone and he was always available whenever I had questions. He made it possible for me to complete my initial finance application over email which was incredibly helpful as I wasn’t keen on going into a dealership just to get denied financing. I was blown away by what Derrick was able to get my approved for. Still reluctant to believe everything was ‘a go’ I went in to seal the deal. This was literally the best experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. I was off on the road in my new vehicle in record time. I can’t thank Derrick enough for being persistent and reaching out to me, because I never would have followed through with everything if it was someone other than him. On top of exceeding my expectations in every way possible Derrick was also to get my wife a vehicle as well. Just as flawless, her experience was nothing short of perfect.
