Pleasant experience...our salesperson was polite but could have been more knowledge on all the features of the car. In his defense, the dealership just received the car that day. I felt like the Fina could have been more knowledge on all the features of the car. In his defense, the dealership just received the car that day. I felt like the Finance person who processed the paperwork was to vague in offering the extended warranty. She said it did not cover general maintenance and yet she could not define what that was. Overall a good experience. More
