My Review of Toyota Santa Monica:
This is the first time I purchased on line, and Diana was godsend. I worked out a price and availability by email before going to the dealership. She was honest and insightful, and answered all my questions in detail. She referred me to good sources of information for the vehicle that were objective and helpful (for aftermarket equipment). You made sure I drove the vehicle (an FJ Cruiser) early in the process to make sure I was comfortable with my choice. There was absolutely no haggling over price once it was set on line. I appreciated that she informed me of all of the options, including ones not on the internet. In the end, I was able to collect my vehicle after about an hour at the dealership. It was a terrific experience at Santa Monica Toyota, primarily because of Diana. I guess the best part for me was the low pressure nature of the process. I will use online exclusively for any future vehicle purchases.

My Review of Toyota Santa Monica:
Our salesperson was personable, competent, knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. I felt very comfortable with Diana and we both felt that she was fair. I had shopped around before going close to home because I figured in this area everything would be more expensive. That was not my experience. We got a good deal and great service. We'd go back.

The only thing I wasn't wild about for the trade-in offer but that happened in a different department. I didn't like what they offered so I sold the car on Craig's list and got an extra $2,000.
