I showed up at the dealership and was looking at the differences in vehicles from a Tahoe and a Traverse. I was really impressed with the lay out of the Traverse. I didn't have alot of time to really sit down and crame numbers and Dickie Heckler was very polite and curtious. I had my 4 yr old son and 6 month old little girl and we put a both car sits in the vehicle and I felt like I was not just another customer. Dickie Heckler had took the day off Friday June the 8th and meet Keith James he was kind enough to go through all the features of the Traverse and was willing to drive the car for me while I road in the passenger seat. It was ranning pretty good that day. I was able to observe his driving and the handling of the vehicle watching him. On June the 9th 2012 I purchased my new 2012 Traverse. The sales men was both there that day and got my phone set up with blue tooth and it was just a great buying experience. I will and have recommended both sales men and the dealership and will be back for my routine services and in time my next new vehicle. Thank You all Jeff Aycock. More

I was only shopping for a new truck--compairing-- this was my first stop to look for a 2012 truck. I was treated so well and the price was fair--so my shopping ended easily. Bought a 2010 Equinox about 2 & 1/2 year ago. Started to have problem with it. I brough it to get repair twices for the same problem within a six month period. then I brouth it back for the third time & to have problem with it. I brough it to get repair twices for the same problem within a six month period. then I brouth it back for the third time & it was low on oil after prior to a week of changing oil. A week later brought it back again because the oil was low again when I check it. The servive adviser(christal Hall ) told me that they get me a rental to see what is giong on with it. that afternoon I got a call from cristal telling me that the engine needs to be replace because its burning oil. Spouse & I decided to get another one because the car was under 34000 miles. The engine should had lasted more than 2 1/2 year for it to be a new car. We got the same kind just a 2012. More

First and fore most let me tell you Dicky Heckler is a great sales person to work with he is NOT a pushy person. He works with you to get you what you want and need. It took him three days and two cars great sales person to work with he is NOT a pushy person. He works with you to get you what you want and need. It took him three days and two cars but we finally worked it all out and walked out with what we wanted and needed. The poor man even came in on his day off to finish up the deal. So, would recommend Dicky to anyone. As far as Pete Moore Chev. we have bought two vehicles from this establishment and have had a great experience both times. The first time a used car that was great. Now, a new car that is great. For what we needed. Thank you for all your hard work Dicky Heckler. More

I found Dickie Heckler very professional with the knowledge of the produck as well as appearance. He is extremely polite and did everything possible to be helpful without being pushy. As a matter of fact everyone I came in contact with did all possible to make me feel welcomed to the dealership. I found the truck I wanted online, called Dickie, and the truck was awaiting my arrival for a test drive. We finalized the deal within a short time. I added some options and returned 2 days later to find all work was performed on-time and it was sitting there ready for me to take delivery. Again, several people asked if I need assistance when I arrived, but no one was pushy. I would highly recommend Mr. Heckler and Pete Moore Chevrolet. More
