They are both friendly, honest and go beyond the call of duty to do there job. They never rush when they are with you and they make you feel like you are the most important customer they have ever dealt with. I have purchased five cars from Arrowhead of which 4 was new and 1 used car. I have never had any problems with the Hondas and I hope I will have the same experience with the Saturn. Since Richard and Dino took care of me I am completely confident that everything is going to be great with the latest purchase. I was initially refered to Arrowhead honda by my mom. That when I met Dino. I would recommend Dino and Arrowhead Honda to everyone!!!! Dino is so friendly and knowledgable. Salesmen DINO KRALLIS and BRIAN MCKENNA were OUTSTANDING to work with. They were low pressure and very focused on making sure I was happy with my experience at their dealership. Dino immediately followed up with me after the sale to make sure I had no problems. I will not consider buying a vehicle anywhere but Arrowhead Honda because I know they provide consistent, caring service from sale to service to trade in. Dino Krallis and Jeff Sokol both treated us very professionally and took to heart what our needs were and satisfied them. I went in to the dealership with a plan on buying out my lease and making it a purchase. Dino helped me and made this process very easy and comfortable.
