Got the RAV4 we wanted Price listed on Toyota certified website does not include the certification. We were disappointed that we had to pay extra for the certification costi Price listed on Toyota certified website does not include the certification. A man of his word Dino Ricci -- I came in with my son and as our conversations continued .. Dino could see that I was ready to go to battle for my son ..and he said tha Dino Ricci -- I came in with my son and as our conversations continued .. Dino could see that I was ready to go to battle for my son ..and he said that he agreed with me as to what I was doing .. after we came to a deal we discussed fixing the engine light , cleaning the car mats both carpet and weather tech .. Dino said that he would take care of it and I stuck my hand out and said a hand shake is good enough for me .. he shook my hand and followed up on everything .. even giving us his lunch tickets due to the amt of time we were there .. thank you Dino and I'd drive another 100+ miles to buy another car from you ... More

In seargh of a used truck. On Friday Aug 18th 2017 my husband and I went to Toyota of Tampa Bay Fletcher ave. We were greeted right away by Dino Ricci , He was very pleasant . We were greeted right away by Dino Ricci , He was very pleasant . we told him what we were interested in and he invited us in his office to go over what was available in our price range, He was so helpful we never felt pressured but instead knew he really wanted to help us , for which he did We purchased our first Toyota Tacoma pick-up :) Our first ever Toyota I must say we are very happy with the Awesome service we received and Our Toyota Tacoma :) Thank you Dino for your amazing help and Thank you Scott Walls for helping us through the Purchasing, Everyone at Toyota was very nice congratulating us on our Purchase :) Karen and Jamie Schindler More

Prius is Practically Perfect Dino Ricci was a very helpful sales person. I've been very please with my Prius -- all except for the fact that it doesn't have a spare tire! I think Dino Ricci was a very helpful sales person. I've been very please with my Prius -- all except for the fact that it doesn't have a spare tire! I think that is a terrible omission, even if the manufacturer is trying to save on gas mileage. Of course that has nothing to do with the dealer or Dino. Everyone at Toyota at Tampa Bay was professional and helpful. More
