I was not happy with the tone of communication. It’s extremely informal and more casual than even my friend/ family speak to me. I did not request or approve text communications and they often came without greetings at all or greetings like “hey” from employees I had never met before. I also was not made clear in the process and options when my lease was ending. Responses I received from Acura of Westchester staff were curt the the process was unclear. The answers I did receive only created more questions. I do not recommend Acura of Westchester. More
