I had my Hyundai Tucson in for service at Boucher Hyundai of Waukesha. Even though I had 1 1/2 years left on my lease, I walked into the showroom to check out the Santa Fe. My salesman, Dominic Rauth, said t of Waukesha. Even though I had 1 1/2 years left on my lease, I walked into the showroom to check out the Santa Fe. My salesman, Dominic Rauth, said that I could end my lease on the Tucson that day and lease a new Santa Fe that day. I did! I now have a beautiful red Santa Fe. I love my new car! More

Drove over 4 hours to get to the dealership, starting the process the day before to help speed up the process. I was at the dealership for over 5 hours, a lot of which was waiting for finance though they alr process the day before to help speed up the process. I was at the dealership for over 5 hours, a lot of which was waiting for finance though they already had started the process the day before. They had said that the car was detailed and would be detailed again before I left but the backseats and cup holders were full of sand, and mess. I had to ask for the car to be detailed a “third” time taking over an hour to do just that area. Overall, the people were kind but extremely disappointed in how slow the process was. More

I was skeptical of the very low mileage but Dominic very quickly sent me a video of the vehicle and included the odometer reading. He was busy working with 2 customers but made the process fast and seamles quickly sent me a video of the vehicle and included the odometer reading. The car I purchased was not cleaned up to be on the lot (interior). They took it in prior to taking posession to clean it, it was still dirty. I had to clean the interior myself. I have since discovered several scrapes on the car - two rather large. These should have been touched up prior to selling it. The bumper is cracked where one scrape is which was not touched up at all. Unfortunately, I did not see it prior to purchase. I may not have bought it if I had noticed the scrapes. I got touch up paint and will try to touch them up myself. But I'm not happy about this. I cannot use your service department as I live near Green Bay. More
