I came in at 7 am on a Wednesday when the service center opened to get front brake pads installed and an oil change I did not leave the dealership till 3:45 pm it was not busy and to make matters worse they opened to get front brake pads installed and an oil change I did not leave the dealership till 3:45 pm it was not busy and to make matters worse they did not reset my oil life gauge as they have in the past and I had to ask for another oil change sticker from the girl at the counter. This is the worst service I have ever received from your location. More

I purchased a new Jeep in October. I was told after purchasing that they only had 1 key fob for the vehicle. I was moving to another state for work at the end of November and was assu I was told after purchasing that they only had 1 key fob for the vehicle. I was moving to another state for work at the end of November and was assured they would have one by then. It is now February. I just received the fob, but it still has to be programed. RC told me all I had to do was call them from a Jeep dealership here and they would pay to have it programed. I went to a dealership in my new city last Friday afternoon. They called RC and was told they could not authorize this, that only the service manager could. I asked them to please have the service manager call me, but that hasn't happened yet. Very, very disappointed. More

Took my car to get an oil change. About 20 min after leaving the delearship a low voltage battery came on. Called and spoke with them agreed to come in the following day to give the b About 20 min after leaving the delearship a low voltage battery came on. Called and spoke with them agreed to come in the following day to give the battery 2 hours needed to be tested. After hanging up low oil light came on the Jeep started to drive funny barely made it the house and before turning off the car all the oil that was replaced fell out the car on the driveway. I tower the car to the delearship the next day they said it was a faulty filter and all the oil was cleaned off. Picked the car up Saturday, drove it for about 1.5 hours around town and noticed oil coming from the car again. Took pictures brought it Tuesday to the dealership since that Monday was a holiday. Waited for the car for 4 hours to be told it was just old oil. Only spoke with the manager because I asked that day. The lady with red hair gave off a she didn’t care attitude. The first day I had the problems I called and left a message with the manager he never called back. I bought the car from this delearship and have had them do all of maintenance until now.I had to have my car towed right after getting an oil change since the oil fell on the driveway, buy things to clean up the driveway, and when receiving the car back it had some old oil not even washed from the dealership. Hannah was my representative she was good through the process, but the manager, and red hair lady not at all. I will never be back. That was the most stressful oil change and I was without my car for a few days. And it delayed me leaving town. More
