I have owned nearly a dozen BMW's. The first two new BMW's from BMW of Tenafly and have used BMW Tenafly exclusively for Service. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAY AWAY GO TO LEXUS INSTEAD!!!! The failed to properly register my mother's car, she almost got arrested! Then 1 month later still did not fix registration; gave her a INSTEAD!!!! The failed to properly register my mother's car, she almost got arrested! Then 1 month later still did not fix registration; gave her a rental car which got a flat and they tried to use her insurance. Now she has no car; plenty of run around and NO use of a car for which she is paying for over a month. No answers. Dominic and Mohamed gave her run around. I called and they threw me in to Mr. Kim's voice mail. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
