Valley Honda - We are home again ! My wife was a driving factor in coming back to Honda. You see we purchased our first Honda in 1984. I loved that car, and purchased three more from My wife was a driving factor in coming back to Honda. You see we purchased our first Honda in 1984. I loved that car, and purchased three more from that OTHER dealership. We went back to look at Honda's there, and they would not even give us the time of Day. (BIG MISTAKE). So my wife drove to Valley Honda, walked in and looked into a 2014 CRV. After a few minutes, a gentleman approached her and asked if she had any questions. He said that she should take her time, and see him with any further questions about the CRV. That man was Nick Poole. After ten minutes my wife asked Nick questions in rapid fire. Nick accepted each question, and answered every one of them. He then took us on a test drive, and getting back in the Honda was like going home after a long tour of duty. Everything in the vehicle was right where it was suppose to be, and seat felt like sitting in your favorite chair. Nick took us through the entire dealership. Showed us their inventory, service shop, parts department, and waiting area. The whole building is so clean, you could eat dinner in the service department. Upon our return to the showroom we were introduced to the Sales Manager, Kurt, and then the Owner of the dealership, Bob. On the night we picked the vehicle, General Manager, Don introduced himself to my wife, gave her his card and told her she could call him anytime with any question she may have in the future. It was easy to see why everyone in this dealership is professional. You are truly back home when you walk into Valley Honda. Needless to say we took home a Honda again. Thank you Nick for taking the time to answer every question, and best wishes to you and Valley Honda. More

Although Valley Honda did not have my specific car on the lot, they made sure to keep in constant contact with me to let me know what was going on in regards to location and delivery. When showing me the car and sitting me down to go through the special features and all questions, it was extremely easy to follow and was able to drive off the lot with no unanswered questions and no confusion. Dan Pantalone was very generous with us as well and even took some time out of his day off in order to help us out. Could not be more satisfied with the service, sale, and overall customer experience. More

My salesman Randall Rosen is a great person and was very honest and up front and it took no more than about an hour to get all the proper paper work done and they made me a very fair offer. Don Davis the General manger runs a VERY good and sound operation at Valley Honda and all the little details that many sales people don't follow up on, he and his sales team take care of their customers and represent the Honda brand very well. Because of people like Mr. Davis and Randall Rosen at Valley Honda and their great service department, we will be driving Honda's for many years to come. I highly suggest and recommend Valley Honda in Aurora, IL and their team always. They do a GREAT JOB always. More
