My rear floor mats for my LS460 were stolen, I reported it to the dealership several times and to the customer service rep who calls to find out how your experience was and nothing was done about it and no it to the dealership several times and to the customer service rep who calls to find out how your experience was and nothing was done about it and no one returned my calls. My advice to other customers, always check your vehicle before leaving the dearlship. More

Our RX350 was due for 30k service interval. Car was ready in one day. Easy out/in with the loaner. My purchase experience with Brian Gust was wonderful he receives 5 stars from me.. I brought my car in today to have Stonex PPF applied to my vehicle, an application I purchased on the day I bought the car receives 5 stars from me.. I brought my car in today to have Stonex PPF applied to my vehicle, an application I purchased on the day I bought the car. Don Park was my Service Advisor and it was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership! I was totally ignored. He never replied to my text. After sitting in the waiting room for an hour, I had to ask the cashier to reach out to him to speak to me about the loaner I was told I would receive. After my car was serviced I was handed a receipt and my keys by the cashier. He never came out to see me and never even told me where my car was parked. No one came out to inspect the car with me or ask if I was satisfied. I got home and noticed bubbles in the application of Stonex PPF on the hood of my car. I am beyond disappointed in the service I received. I am a black woman and I hope that this is not the reason I received such poor service. More

Worst experience ever dealt with Don Park was here to have nitrogen put in my tires he upsold me an alignment which I was fine with doing then 30 minutes later came came to say the technician could not have nitrogen put in my tires he upsold me an alignment which I was fine with doing then 30 minutes later came came to say the technician could not do my tires and could only do the alignment as a black woman this man not only raised his voice pointed at me but overtalked and walked away. I have never received such unprofessional RUDE service from LEXUS. This is where I purchased my vehicle and I will think twice about returning if I ever have to speak to Don Park again More
