There is good and bad First the good Ben was awsome very professional and should be a manager not just a salesman,Ryan also very professional good job,along with Don and Dom in accessories.Corwin toyota f professional and should be a manager not just a salesman,Ryan also very professional good job,along with Don and Dom in accessories.Corwin toyota fixed most of the problems with this certified toyota but not all even after they knew of the some of the problems .It seems as they were treating a certified toyota vehicle as an ordinary trade in and not following Toyota's 160 point inspection.I even sent email to Curtis Hensley but no response ,would have loved to talk to him about the break down between Corwin reconditioning dept and Corwin toyota management .The issues that were fixed and several others should have been fixed before vehicle was put out for sale as a certified toyota vehicle very disappointed in this.I was waiting to give this review along with othethings but clock is ticking and no response except from salesman which has been awsome. This is not an isolated problem has I did several inspections of interior and exterior os several other certified toyota vehicle's andthey also do not meet Toyota's 160 point inspection to be a certified toyota vehicle. If you were buying a new vehicle this would probably be a great place,but if your buying a certified toyota vehicle our a normal vehicle be carful. First of all, let me say this is the first new vehicle we have purchased We do not know who this person is as we never had any contact with him. First of all, let me say this is the first new vehicle we have purchased in about 16 years. Since we are not familiar with auto dealerships in the area, my son suggested we stop at Corwin Toyota though there are other Toyota dealerships in the area. We were in the dealership for over 20 minutes showing interest in vehicles on display. My husband and I are both disabled and our son escorted us throughout the dealership. Not one person in the dealership acknowledged we were even there let alone reach out to us for help. We were 45 seconds away from walking out the door to go to another dealership in the city. Jaida Roberts saw my son's t-shirt, walked up to him and started a conversation. It was a wonderful experience from there. She was able to get us the vehicle we were looking for, took us out for a test drive, walked us through every step of the way, connected us with another young lady named Tamara Gonzales and made the rest of our experience with Corwin Toyota a pleasant one.
