Our car buying process was very easy. We had to fly in from out of town for the purchase and pick up. Kelvin went above and beyond by picking me up at the airport. The entire purchase too We had to fly in from out of town for the purchase and pick up. Kelvin went above and beyond by picking me up at the airport. The entire purchase took about 1.5-2 hours which was a record! We found an issue with the vehicle when we got it home and even though we are long distance the dealership made it right. Would recommend this dealership and Kelvin specifically. More

There is good and bad First the good Ben was awsome very professional and should be a manager not just a salesman,Ryan also very professional good job,along with Don and Dom in accessories.Corwin toyota f professional and should be a manager not just a salesman,Ryan also very professional good job,along with Don and Dom in accessories.Corwin toyota fixed most of the problems with this certified toyota but not all even after they knew of the some of the problems .It seems as they were treating a certified toyota vehicle as an ordinary trade in and not following Toyota's 160 point inspection.I even sent email to Curtis Hensley but no response ,would have loved to talk to him about the break down between Corwin reconditioning dept and Corwin toyota management .The issues that were fixed and several others should have been fixed before vehicle was put out for sale as a certified toyota vehicle very disappointed in this.I was waiting to give this review along with othethings but clock is ticking and no response except from salesman which has been awsome. This is not an isolated problem has I did several inspections of interior and exterior os several other certified toyota vehicle's andthey also do not meet Toyota's 160 point inspection to be a certified toyota vehicle. If you were buying a new vehicle this would probably be a great place,but if your buying a certified toyota vehicle our a normal vehicle be carful. Originally I intended to sell Corwin a used pickup I had for sale. Kim Hong was the sales person I was working with. I was thinking of buying a new vehicle in the future and asked Kim to show me aroung the for sale. Kim Hong was the sales person I was working with.
