My Review of Kings Toyota:
Bought a 2009 Avalon and the sales person was very helpful. Helped identify and fix several small problems with the car (windshield wipers, scratches on drivers door, floor mats). It took a couple of visits to repair a minor problem with the drivers seat, since the part was not ordered as expected in the first visit. Also, still waiting for the manual (over a month) that was promised at time of sale. Generally, in spite of these minor issues, a good experience so far. I do wish we could do away with the sales game of make an offer, check with the 'manager', sad face, make another offer, get final deal --- then tack on all the extra charges and get another hard, but friendly sell for extended warranty with the finance manager. Sales person has done a pretty good job of following up on issues post-sale and I have and will continue to recommend him to others.

My Review of Kings Toyota:
The engined ceased on my car and I was left in a spot where I needed a car but had nothing to offer. Being left in the spot where I still owed on my previous car and not knowing I was in the market for a car, Don Tillery lended his time, efforts and knowledge to help me figure out what my possiblities were. Don never forced me to make a decision out of desperation or need. He was what I believe every salesman needs to be, interested in my situation and giving me the space and time to figure out my next step. Even after the sale, Don has been interested in what happened with my previous car and if I broke even in that situation. I loved working with Don Tillery and Kings Toyota! They are definitely a step above any other that I ever dealt with. I felt Don was a friend more than a person doing his job! I would highly recommend Don Tillery and Kings Toyota to anyone in the market for a car!

As a new college grad, I had never experienced the feeling or dimensions of purchasing a new car for the first time in my life. It can take a lot of pressure trying to pick out the right color, determine which car has the best gas mileage, or just overall lifetime performance. However, when entering King's Toyota for the first time to browse around, I was so comfortable with the enviroment and the knowledge of the staff that I made my choice right then and there.
I want to thank King's Toyota for the hospitality they offered and the confidence they gave me in my making my choice. As for now, the drive from downtown and back is much more enjoyable than I would have ever expected and if I were to need anything from here on, there wouldn't be a doubt in my mind King's Toyota would be there to help.

Don Tillery and Kings Toyota are excellent and I was very pleased with the process of buying my new car there. Don is very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I had many questions about the Toyota Prius and needed time to think things through. He was very supportive of this way of doing things. He called to see if I needed more information but was never intrusive and made himself cheerfully available when I wanted to test drive and relook at the car. I have had the opportunity to talk about my car to friends and family and have highly recommended Kings Toyota and Don Tillery to them.

My Review of Kings Toyota:
I bought several cars from him for my family and myself, as well as handful of my friends.
He gives me great advice when I look for a car, and do not hesitate to point out any known problems on used cars.
(Often it is really hard to find those problem buy just test driving once, but he knows more about the car from the tech people who inspect the car, etc.)

I can comfortably send my friends to go buy a car from him without worrying about them buying bad car for high price.

He can also sell any toyota new cars, as well as used cars from other dealerships in same groups.

I highly recommend him if you need buy a new car.
