Wonderful, no pressure experience. As soon as we got out of our vehicle and started to walk to the lot, a very nice gentleman, David Rivas, came up and asked if he could help us. I was expecting the usual car salesman spiel but was pleasantly surprised when he simply said "if you have any questions, I'm here". I knew exactly what I was looking for and told him as much. He invited us inside, it was 95 degrees, to look at his inventory. I told him what vehicle I was interested in and he immediately pulled up the vehicles on site. I picked one and he had it pulled up to the door with the A/C on high. We test drove the truck and asked a million questions along the way. David answered all questions and never once tried to sell us. I can't stress enough how much we liked David. He was a straight shooter and never pushy. I can't think of another car buying experience that was easier than this one. The entire staff that we dealt with were the same. We had heard about Hebert's Town and Country from family and friends and will recommend it to anyone who asks. More

The reason WHY I am giving this rating, is because Mr. Williams made me and my family feel very proud and pleased to have come in contact with him. After weeks of problems with my vehicle, I walked into Hebert's T & C on a Saturday afternoon to check a few prices and was greeted by Mr.Don Williams. He was very friendly, professional and enthusiastic Hebert's T & C on a Saturday afternoon to check a few prices and was greeted by Mr.Don Williams. He was very friendly, professional and enthusiastic about helping me select a vehicle tailored to my personality that was within my budget. He asked me a few general questions about what the vehicle would be used for and what my preferences were. Then he reviewed the print out of what was in stock. We got in the golf cart and he drove me to a truck I was impressed with when I drove up but felt that it would certainly be too expensive. I asked that he get the ball rolling as it was exactly what I wanted. And get it rolling he did. Within 2 hrs. I was driving a 2008 Certified Ram 1500 Big Horn pick up truck off the lot. Mr. Williams is without a doubt a valued asset to Hebert's T & C's success. After the sale Mr. Williams again came through by letting me have his truck for 2 days while the service dept. corrected a couple of small issues I had with the truck. The service dept. fell a little short of class A. One of the parts I needed was not in stock. After 3 weeks I called them back to see if my part was in. They took my phone number and said they would call me back. 2 days later I called them again and was told that I needed to speak to the Service Manager, but he was at lunch and I had to call back. I decided to go to the dealership since it seemed that I was going round in cricles. I talked to the parts clerk and learned that after 3 weeks of waiting, my part had not been ordered. Again Mr. Williams came through by talking to the parts clerk and within 5 minutes I walked out with the part I needed that was on display. I would certainly recommend Hebert's T & C to family and friends, and will most probably purchase my next vehicle from them even though it's a 3 1/2 hr ride to Shreveport from home. More
