Donnell Cruz is the most well informed and friendliest person in the service area. My Honda Odyssey had a few issues that were difficult to explain. Donnell offered to drive with me in my van and we wen person in the service area. My Honda Odyssey had a few issues that were difficult to explain. Donnell offered to drive with me in my van and we went through each of the issues. He made sure that all the issues were resolved. His communication, attention to detail and follow-up were refreshing. I would recommend Donnell and Rick Case Honda to anyone. More

I TOOK MY 2008 HONDA CIVIC IN FOR A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND WAS HOPING THAT THE CAR COULD BE FIXED RIGHT AWAY. I SPOKE TO DONELL CRUZ AND HE INFORMED ME THAT IT WOULD TAKE A LITTLE MORE TIME THEN THAT AND AND WAS HOPING THAT THE CAR COULD BE FIXED RIGHT AWAY. I SPOKE TO DONELL CRUZ AND HE INFORMED ME THAT IT WOULD TAKE A LITTLE MORE TIME THEN THAT AND OFFERED TO GIVE A RIDE HOME. SO I SAID OK AND LATER THAT DAY GOT A CALL BACK AND WE DISCUSSED WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR I SAID GO AHEAD AND FIX IT. i WAS KIND OF SURPRISE THAT IT WAS NOT THAT MUCH IT WAS ONLY $109 TO FIX IT. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WOULD RECOMMEND RICK CASE AND MY NEW SERVICE GUY DONELL CRUZ. GREATJOB!!!! More
