Donny is the The Man I have been working on keeping my Honda Accord with 178, 000 miles running for as long as I can. Thankfully, Donny Penn (my usual service adviser) I have been working on keeping my Honda Accord with 178, 000 miles running for as long as I can. Thankfully, Donny Penn (my usual service adviser) and the others at Gunn are very understanding about maintenance and cost and how easy it can add up for a high mileage vehicle. Donny always helps show me "the big issues" that need fixing as soon as possible and what we can afford to wait on for a few months. No pressure. No guilt about saying "not right now". Nice to know Donny's not taking advantage of a customer who could easily be swayed into buying everything recommended. It's the reason I keep coming back. Thanks, Donny! More

I tell everyone about GUNN Automotive I have taken my Honda Pilot to the GUNN Service department since I purchased it about three years ago and the service is Fantastic! Everyone there is I have taken my Honda Pilot to the GUNN Service department since I purchased it about three years ago and the service is Fantastic! Everyone there is helpful and knowledgable. I had taken my car to the Honda dealer service department here in San Angelo, Tx and will never make that mistake again. I will always come beck to San Antonio and Donny to make sure my care is serviced correctly. Also we were helped by Max Chaboneau one of your outstanding sales people and he was great not pushy, he listened, and was enthusiastic throught the entire sale of our new Honda Odyssey. We came in to have our Honda Pilot serviced and drove away with a new Odyssey More

Piston rings Drove husband to work and on way home engine light came on. Knew I just had to drop in and see Donny. No appt, no call in just dropped in, he had no p Drove husband to work and on way home engine light came on. Knew I just had to drop in and see Donny. No appt, no call in just dropped in, he had no problem getting car in and fixed in no time. Service department is always great. While waiting for courtesy can I spoke to Mike Lents about purchasing another car. Mike was good enough to test drive and explain everything about the CRV I was thinking about. Great team. More
