Great Experience! in the past i have always dreaded the thought of having to purchase/buy a new vehicle. i expected no less from Ettleson/Hyundai. I was shocked at not in the past i have always dreaded the thought of having to purchase/buy a new vehicle. i expected no less from Ettleson/Hyundai. I was shocked at not only how courteous and knowledgeable the staff is but also how they actually listened to my wants and needs. At NO time did I feel pressured to buy/lease a car other then the car I actually came in there to lease. KUDOS to Dorian and will recommend your dealership to all my family and friends! Ripped off After being quoted a 1,400- dealer discount on a new 2017 Elantra, which was widely advertised on the dealer's web page, and presented to us (the web After being quoted a 1,400- dealer discount on a new 2017 Elantra, which was widely advertised on the dealer's web page, and presented to us (the web page) during negotiations, that discount never made it into the final deal. I failed to catch it during the closing, since we waited for hours to get it done, and wanted to get out of there. The Salesman, Dorian, did a great job, except for the rip-off part. We hated waiting for several hours to close the deal. More

Ettleson Hyundai Review When I am ready to purchase a vehicle I usually have my mind made up on which vehicle, right down to the dealer stock number, that I want to purchase. When I am ready to purchase a vehicle I usually have my mind made up on which vehicle, right down to the dealer stock number, that I want to purchase. That being said, I was completely satisified with the service I received. Dorian had my vehicle ready for a test drive directly. There were no surprises during the "deal" and everything was handled efficently. We are enjoying our new vehicle and would recommend Ettleson Hyundai to anyone. More
