Not aware why vehicle is in for repair when service rep was told about issue. Unable to repair set up another appointment we dropped car off for second appointment received a call from service department was told about issue. Had an appointment on the 29th of Dec. Truck was not taken to be worked on for two week after that date. Do you call that GOOD customer service??
