I couldn’t believe when he came back with an offer that it was very close to what I was expecting to get. This made the negotiation quick and very easy. Patrick the finance person was just as nice and cut the haggling to zero. Unlike other dealerships I’ve been to that they start with low balling trade ins. Finance persons try and force unwanted things I don’t want. This didn’t happen here. I will be happy to work with this dealership again in the future. More

To make a long story short, their customer service was great when I went to buy a truck from them. They made sure I had everything I needed and wanted. Then 6 days prior to my first payment needing to be great when I went to buy a truck from them. They made sure I had everything I needed and wanted. Then 6 days prior to my first payment needing to be made The service department told me that the ticking my truck made was normal mind you it’s a 2023 or 26,000 miles on it. They pulled me off left and right in that department until I made a scene. Then, once I made the scene, it was all hands on deck. Everybody checking my truck out they got to a point where I don’t trust any of them, and I took it to their sister Over in Broward county, which is two hours away. Very unacceptable service from them and multiple times I’ve called the sales rep that I bought the truck from and have never got a return. Return call. I normally don’t write reviews unless they’re usually not worth the time, but in this case they emailed me asking for this. So here it is. More

I will never go back there again. It took three weeks to gat a appointment for Service. They gave me a appointment to be there at three o’clock in the afternoon. I arrived on time and after 45 minutes a young man finally asked me why I was there. I told him and he Told me I had a hour and a half wait and probably it wouldn’t get done today. I’m 85 years old and been a mechanic all my life and know this was no longer Than a half hour job. I needed this done no longer than this to have electric Trailer brakes working. When I got back I was going to buy a new truck from Them but not now. I will never go there again and will be telling every one About the way they treated me. Why didn’t they call or text me and reschedule My appointment. I drove 140 miles and got treated badly and wasted a half day. I called another local dealer and told them the story and they worked out a Appointment in two days. I’m buy my new truck from them when I get back. Warning customers shouldn’t be treated like this. Mike helped make sure the trans was replaced quickly, and that everything was done properly. He helped me deal with corporate, and helped make sure his best employees worked on my car.
